    The Central Bank of the UAE maintained a supportive policy stance, cutting its base rate to 3.90 % effective 30 October 2025, aligning local lending costs with global easing trends.

    Dubai’s residential market continued to strengthen, with prices up 12.9 % year-on-year to September, apartments rising 12.7 % and villas 14.9 %, according to CBRE.

    October registered roughly 18 ,530 transactions worth about AED 47 billion, underscoring sustained sales momentum across both off-plan and ready segments.

    Rents climbed 5.6 % year-on-year, led by apartments (+6.2 %) and supported by stable villa growth (+2.9 %).

    ValuStrat’s confidence index held at 230.6, its highest since records began, signalling durable sentiment across investors and end-users.

    Overall, Dubai’s property cycle remains in a balanced phase, combining resilient pricing with steady liquidity and measured rental expansion.
